First Choice USA is actively working with a transportation company who are looking to hire a Business Development Manager.
This role is with an established truckload and expedited company who have offices spread across the USA.
The candidate will be hired to develop the market of Florida and work with the brokerage team and the asset division within the company.
Candidate's main responsibilities will include:
- Establishing relationships with a customer network of Domestic and International customers.
- Responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with customers across Florida.
- Work closely with the operations team.
- Utilize the brokerage and asset division to maximize profitability.
Candidates must have:
- At least 3+ years brokerage experience.
- Experience establishing and maintaining a customer base.
- An existing knowledge of the market within Florida.
