First Choice are currently recruiting for a Customs Entry Writer to join a top global freight forwarder in Delaware County, MA.
You will be joining a well established, highly experienced team.
Essential Duties:
- Prepare full range of Air/Ocean documentation for U.S. Customs Clearances.
- Arrange and confirm inland movement of cargo once shipment is released and payment has been surrendered.
- Bill and close files in a timely manner.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Problem solve outside of normal job functions to support clients.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- A high level of energy and a "can-do" positive attitude
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
