Branch Manager - Houston
Freight Forwarding Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing an international and global transportation branch that encompasses air/ocean, domestic, O+G, projects, contract logistics and customs brokerage overseeing the operations, focus on the customer, quality and productivity, business unit EBIT, and people development.
This company has offices all over the world, including Europe, Asia, Middle East, Australia and Indian Sub Continent and produce $1 Billion in revenue
· Minimum 5 years experience in Leadership across a Branch Location
· Overseeing the daily operations of the Branch including hiring, P/L, Budgets, Sales and Operations
· Be well equipped within International global logistics and project freight
· Managing a team of 30 + staff across International and Domestic team
· Well experienced within O+G and Project Freight
Salary- $110,000 - $140,000 + Car Allowance ($500 a month) + Commission (Team Bonus) + Yearly Bonus + Benefits.
